Application Service/Operations Manager

Task:
- Creation of a new, updated IT-documentation in Microsoft World / PDF for the above mentioned, managed application/services and comparison concerning any discrepancy or major differences regarding the initial documentation.
Create best practise documentation in MS Word or PDF how to overcome / solve any issues faced in the activities for the Go-Live and the cloud implementation
- Independency analyzation of the application management life cycle and identification of any possible improvement for processes. Applications in scope are Incident Management, Change management, Problem Management.
- Taking the needed actions such as coordination, managing of issues to achieve the solution for the Business users supported by "Sales and Trading"
- Managing of issues with VBA programming with excel accordingly with experience in Trading area such as EPEX Spot Day-Ahead-Trading
