Tasks:


The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:


- Gather and document business and functional requirements for Deal Flow Project works


- The consultant need to gather the requirements on basis of identified and reported issues from Service Now, on basis of business inputs send to DealFlowTaskForce.


- Documentation has to be done on the problem records maintained per identified deal flow problem in TEAMS with fields for root cause, next steps and status


- Lead requirements and design sessions


- Content will be review of identified problems, determined root cause and next steps, see above.


Consultant may subsequently to onboarding organize sessions by contacting business parties that reported the issues via SNOW. Organisation covers the preparation of issue overview on basis of SNOW incidents and TEAMs problem description as well as scheduling initial session (potential second) until reporting parties aligned the feedback on the issues, root cause and next steps


- Create and review requirements, use case, process flow docs for website and integrated systems via ServiceNow, problems and input from system experts via TEAMS


- Translate and decompose high-level business requirements into detailed functional requirements for development. The consultant works through the reported Service Now Incident concerning deal flow issue, determines the concerned system, gets input via support mail box and TEAMS problem records from respective support teams and forms a suggestion on next steps to rectify the identified root cause.


- Consult the business stakeholders to define test cases and draft a test strategy entry & exit criteria


- Consult the test teams in documenting test cases and testing system functionality


- All TEAMS problem record field are maintained like description, checklist, status, start, end date, next steps, root cause description, next steps, progress (Detection and logging, root cause analysis, workaround & alerts, Implementation, resolution, monitoring, closure). Progress of problems are determined on basis of feedback from support teams in TEAMS and reporting party (business) via Service Now Incidents.


- Create project planning + task definition; revise as appropriate to meet changing needs requirements; TEAMS with problem tasks and planner will be used
