Change Management Consultant
Purpose of the role:
Create transparency on the overall capabilities that Uniper already has in the area of change management and transformation
Align on the opportunity for improvement
Define design principles, scope boundaries
Create proposal(s) for better organisation set-up and formulate recommendations highlighting pros and cons of the different options
Create an implementation plan for the reorganisation
Expected benefits of the project:
Portfolio approach to change, including an enterprise change funnel aligned to corporate strategy, and a prioritization of resource allocation to secure the success of the most critical change programs
A faster and more efficient mobilisation and demobilisation of resources for change projects
A high and consistent quality of project work and thanks to the consistent application of project management, process management, improvement methodologies and change management standards
Consistent skillpool management for project management and change management capabilities
Lessons learnt from project and change programs effectively and systematically embedded in the organisation
One single point of contact for all businesses and functions needing support to drive change and projects
Task description - The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently:
Work with the project manager to finalise the project structure and the project plan
Prepare and conduct workshops with senior stakeholders
Debrief workshops and document the outcomes
Formulate expert recommendations on organization design
Engage senior leaders individually to seek input and feedback con the different organisation design options
Prepare Board paper including the final recommendation
Prepare implementation plans for the selected reorganisation option
