Project Description:

In SAP Analytics Cloud service, build a data model of Uniper IT's employment of external consultants, for analysis purposes

Task Descriptions:
- Analyze system & identify data sources containing contingent workforce data
- Liaise with key user point of contact & define Key Performance Indicators
- Coordinate with MSP provider Randstad Sourceright to analyse data transmission
possibilities between Vendor Management System SAP Fieldglass & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Develop a data model in SAC to provide the source data for calculating the KPIs
- Build 6 visualisations of the KPIs:
1. Order creation date & duration
2. Spend per Vendor and per Worker
3. Number of assignments & estimated hours per order
4. Average rate per job posting and per vendor
5. Deviation between committed spend and invoiced spend
6. Spend per cost centre
- Develop future forecasts using Predictive Analytics
