The task at hand covers two topics within the Access control area: RCM and UAM. The area consists of predominantly SAP based solutions (SAP ISU, SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP BW on HANA, etc.), following the ITIL V3 (V4) framework. 

The specific tasks are:
a)   RCM Role compliance and maintenance
o   Review and redesign the Change management process in RCM area, map the process, identify gaps, implement improvement. 
Aims:
- Create transparency by evaluating requirements
- Establish clear communication channels (Users, IT, suppliers)
- Definition & setup of transparent and reliable reporting (e.g. KPIs)
- Steer stable & transparent effort and cost management - efficient use of Solution Manager
- Manage all suppliers for improved cooperation & coordination

o   Review and redesign the Incident & Problem management process in RCM area, map the process, identify gaps, implement improvement. 
Aims:
- Definition & setup of transparent and reliable reporting (e.g. KPIs)
- Definition of SLAs towards end users and SLAs with suppliers (underpinning contracts)
- Manage all suppliers for improved cooperation & coordination
- Establish clear communication channels (Users, IT, suppliers)

b)   UAM user access management
o   Review and optimization of the Incident & Problem management process in UAM area, map the process, identify gaps, implement improvement. 
Aims:
- Define & set up clear categorization of tickets (Service requests vs Incidents)
- Analysis of 2nd and 3rd level incidents in case of escalation, identification of patterns & definition of efficient reaction "modus operandi".
- Analysis of the cooperation with suppliers and steer improvement of collaboration
- Definition & setup of transparent and reliable reporting (e.g. KPIs)
- Establish clear communication channels (Users, IT, suppliers)

o   Review and optimization of the Requirement management process in UAM area, map the process, identify gaps, implement improvement. 
Aims:
- Define & set up clear categorization of tickets (Service requests vs Incidents)
- Review and redesign of Service Request process and processing of these in respect to use of GRC system for AC (Roles, efforts..)
- Define & manage clear differentiation between Service Requests, CRs and Project requests
- Analysis of requirements in case of escalation, identification of patterns, review of controlling model
- Definition & setup of transparent and reliable reporting (e.g. KPIs)
