Task description - The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently:
IT Continuity Process:
Evaluation process definition and execution
o Analyse and provide recommendations for possible improvements to Uniper IT Continuity Process based on own expertise and available Best Practices on the market
o Advise process improvements
o Maintain increased adherence to the process
o Identify gaps in the process, present it to Uniper for a sign off
o Consult Support teams, Service Owner and Application Manager in solving identified gaps with the aim to improve the adherence to the process, identify deviations
Provide professional consultancy to the teams and application owners in DR Plan creations (within online meetings)
o Provide professional consultancy and present best practices for architecture descriptions in applications
o Review existing DR Plans covering the aspects of feasibility and completeness
o Identify gaps in DR Plans and present them to Uniper for a sign off
o Consult the Support teams, Service Owner and the Application Manager in solving identified gaps
- Provide professional consultancy to the teams and application owners in DR Test executions
o Document problems in DR Test executions and present it to Uniper for a sign off
o Consult Support teams, Service Owner and Application Manager in solving identified gaps
o Provide consultancy for improvements for DR Plans
Decommissioning:
Provide professional consultancy for decommissioning of applications
o Analyse and provide recommendations for possible improvements to Decommissioning framework based on own expertise and available Best Practices on the market
o Provide ideas for framework improvements and present them to Uniper for a sign off
o Consult the Support teams in terms of Uniper Decommissioning framework with the aim to improve the adherence to the process, identify deviations and potential risks resulting from the deviations
o Consult Support teams, Service Owner and Application Manager in solving identified gaps
Uniper provides all necessary information, access to the systems and requirements in advance.
