Task Description


- Workspace storage -put the minutes, RAID log, technical concepts, calculation to the Project Workspace. The structure of this documentation will be delivered by the project lead


- Independent project controlling - run biweekly the SAP query to get automated cost report and then track the costs


- Project related progress reporting to the project lead (PL), Project Management Office (PMO) to track the agreed scope of the delivery


- Tracking provider orders; Non Standard Requests (NSR´s), Project Requests (PR´s), CS-orders - in the CS module, the company bills the customer for maintenance services rendered on customer equipment. CS also completely integrates with the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) component for customer quotation creation and customer billing via SAP. The tracked data will be compiled to track the project deliver status


- Status Report - compile the achievements/issues of the week into the reports template. The project team are the stakeholders; Template Content is divided in: Current Status / Solutions since last Status/ next steps / Open Risks/ Issues


- Managing complex IT delivery projects and programs - request the status of delivery and reminds if some open issues are not solved and report to the project manager


- Independent planning, governance and provide a comprehensive PMO program. Ten standard project management areas incl. scope will be planned and governed, cost, schedule, quality, resource, communication, risks and procurement. The project manager (PM) will decide what is comprehensive


- Internal stakeholder management, maintain program delivery roadmap, this includes PM, L2 manager of Uniper IT area and other people of IT organization impacted by the project. The consultant maintains the status of delivery and reminds if some open issues are not resolved


- Create status reports and project level coordination of all organizational topics - project team or subproject teams or organization level impacted by the project. Used tools are standard PM tools & templates provided by Uniper
