Task description

1. Analysis of the as is situation of the team, working and communication structures. The consultant will analyze the as is situation by doing team workshops and 121 remote sessions

2. Documentation of gaps and prioritization of next steps and measures (in confluence/MS Office)

3. Summarizing the gap analysis and next steps and presenting to the management via MS Teams sessions. Next steps will be approved by Uniper

4. Advising the individual "Delivery Streams" (consisting of other Uniper internal and external colleagues) based on his expertise and experience on how to improve work efficiency and to apply agile methodologies in their daily work. The consultant will organize this by himself

5. Advising the Program Backlog Manager/internal deliver team members on how to use MS DevOps best in our framework:

- By improving/changing the system setup (appropriate usage of Epics, Features, Tasks and the technical links to the overall goals). This will be done via knowledge workshops and documentation. The consultant will organize when the workshops take place and the concrete content

- By communication to the team members and to give steer how to set up meetings, communication, agile methods in the best and most appropriate way

- The consultant is implementation agile ways of working in the team, not working in an agile way
