SAP BW consultant - Project Management

Task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently:
 

• Prepare a rollout schedule and training plan using O365 tools based on input from a project workshop in March 2022
• Prepare rollout documentation using O365 tools to facilitate the rollout based on input from a project workshop in March 2022
• Store all documentation in either SharePoint or Teams within the Uniper environment
• Co-ordinate the implementation of the rollout schedule and training plan to implement the new data model across Finance and other related teams
• Conduct internal stakeholder briefing sessions before, during and after the rollout with the goal that all queries are addressed
• Document using O365 tools any requirements / issues given as feedback from the key stakeholders during the rollout and then pass them on to the Uniper team for further assessment
• Use SAP FI/CO / BW knowledge / BW Query creation to resolve user queries during the rollout and pass on any issues to the Uniper team
