Senior Consultant Digitalisation Finance
- Applying appropriate project management reporting and governance standards for the Digitalisation Finance programme (Uniper Portfolio Office standards)
- Documenting actions and following up actions to conclusion
- Documenting governance decisions and tracking action items for future governance sessions providing the administrative support needed for effective decision making within Digitalisation Finance
- Establishing reporting cycles to support the Digitalisation Finance programme using the existing tools available within Uniper
- Managing the production of the required Digitalisation Finance reporting deliverables including exploring the use of Tableau as a reporting tool
- Monitoring Digitalisation Finance projects and ensuring regular reports are delivered, enforcing consistent performance reporting guidelines
- Consulting for overseeing the management of project risks, project plans, highlight reports and end-stage assessments ensuring the appropriate processes are known
- Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact communicating early warning signs of potential issues / projects
- Consulting for project evaluation reviews to assess how well the project was managed and ensuring any follow-on action recommendations are delivered
- Consulting for the delivery of the Digitalisation Finance communication plan in technical coordination to program stakeholders (PING community)
- Consulting in the area of Document management including the use of appropriate knowledge sharing tools and repositories including Office 365 suite, Sharepoint
- Consulting for coordinating input for Training Needs Analysis across the Accounting and Financial Controlling teams
