Senior Consultant NSR/PR Management

Task Description:

-   Analyze as-is situation of NSR/PR Management Process

-   Document as-is situation

-  Get insight via virtual Go&See and hands-on sessions

-  Identify potential improvements in terms of workload reduction and potential shifts within the existing setup especially between Uniper teams and MSI

-  Provide recommendations on the identified process improvement and facilitate decision across the affected parties

-  Coordinate implementation of agreed improvement measures

-  Piloting processes changes including operations

-  Provide transparent reporting on the progress of the activities

-  Training of involved parties on changed process

-   SAP PGC for order / invoicing processes

-   ARIES/ALDEA for interaction between involved parties
