Task:
° Consult Uniper in the context of (organizational) change management with focus on Uniper´s SACM
° Analyze the current SACM concept in Uniper´s ITSM tooling
° Coordinate the updates and changes of SACM classes and its related data
° Assess impacts on the effected tools in order define changes to the tools, prioritize their changes accordingly & create a delivery schedule for managing these changes
° Identify process interdependencies and alignment with Service Integration & Management (SIAM) & ITIL process leads to realize smooth transition of process changes
° Create project plan for implementation of changes: define time lines, milestones, workstreams, deliverables
° Steer execution of required changes in the Uniper IT organization & coordinate technical teams involved
