UIT - Project Management - Product Development Consultant

Privileged User Management/ Privileged Access Management (PUM/PAM) - The project aims to implement tools and processes to manage privileged users and privileged user access to IT systems in office IT and Operational IT at power generation and storage facilities. The aim of the project is to manage a users entitlement and access as Admin or Root to targets such as servers, databases and firewalls. Request Approval Process and access governance to servers, for entitled administrators only. Planned start/end date: March 2019 until December 2021.

Task: The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:

- Consult the project manager for sub-projects and administrative tasks to deploy remote access solutions to branch offices

- "Sell" the solution to independent branch offices - Branch office=Power station, gas storage and distribution. The consultant will receive the list of people and stations from Uniper. "Sell" = Convince stakeholders in assets by presenting the value of the solution and make them "wanting" it rather than being forced to have it

- Consult stakeholders to achieve necessary milestones - Milestones are to be determined by individual asset roll out plan and service enablement project plan. Stakeholders: e.g. power station managers, fleet managers

- Create the breakdown work structure, define work packages, track progress, supervise results, present on actual status and cost and conduct Uniper reporting. Consult the Project Manager in weekly reporting meetings on current status. Freely define a plan that works when rolling out the technology to assets

- Collect and collate requirements material and plan the roll-out to serve actual demand - ask the stakeholders what they exactly need, assess the requirements. May require travel to assets and meet people in person or online by teams conferences

- Outline and implement the necessary processes in branch offices and central IT - The processes need to be defined ("PUM") in alignment with the asset manager. Once they have been defined, the necessary documentation needs to be created and the asset managers should adopt the processes in daily business (=implement)
