Task description: The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:

- Independent Business, gaps analysis - how new Datasources can be implemented/configurated. The consultant has access to Uniper internal and external data sources. He will document his findings and present them Uniper. The results of the analysis will taking as an input for the Solution Design discussion

- Involvement in the Solution Design for the Target Landscape - consultancy for Data model Design and Architecture part. Consultant provide an input for the Solution Design team. Provided will conceptual data flow including azure components to be used to data consumption and transfer

- Consultancy for the different w Use cases in the project: Web development, Building of data pipelines, Data warehousing

- Coordination of System Integration tests (SIT) and Regression testing - consultant will develop standard testing framework and deployment pipeline using azure devops tools. If failure occurs consultant has to check if bug or design failure flaw

- Managing preparation for Go-live and coordination in the hyper care phase - involvement in all project meeting where Uniper discuss pre-steps for go-live. He create plans, have an overview and track activities according to the plan. The Product Owner will sign off the plan. Used tool: Azure Devops.
