UKW - Project Management - Project Management Consultant
Task description - The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:
- Set-up, maintain and supervise portfolio and currently 6 individual project plans for projects that aim to reduce CO2 in fuels as part of our CO2 to fuels project portfolio by mainly using MS office and MS Teams. The project plans will be aligned with and signed off by the Innovation Manager.
- Set-up project documentation and co-ordinate project information flows between internal and external stakeholders mainly using MS office and MS Teams. The project documentation will be aligned with and signed off by the Innovation Manager.
- Integrate project documentation in MS Teams
- Set-up Moderate and document project meetings and workshops with internal and external project partners to discuss project related content on individual project need base and in alignment with the Innovation Manager
- Draft and format project related documents using MS office
- Prepare management communication for the Innovation Manager
- Set-up and calculate MS excel business cases based on real figures or hypothesis and assumptions to achieve informed positions
- Perform research activities like market size and technology readiness level on energy markets, the technology-landscape and potential project partners to evaluate the project viability and present it in power point presentation
- Analyse value chains and map capabilities for potential projects to evaluate the project viability and present it to the Innovation Manager mainly in MS office for sign off
- Prepare initial drafts for board decisions (strategic/ financial decision) for the Innovation Manager
