Cloud Computing - Project Management Consultant

Task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:

• Document and enhance the cloud security framework by analyzing the existing document and capturing the details of the Azure framework created
• Review the existing Azure network and architecture footprints. Analyzing all aspects of design to create a secure service in azure. Encompassing IAAS/PAAS/SAAS/VPNs.
• Organise with threat assessments to Identify potential risks, mature and strengthen the environment & mitigate any findings.
• Identify security lacks and find solutions in order to mitigate vulnerabilities in the azure cloud estate.
• Carrying out security reviews of applications
• Analyze security lacks. Configure sentinel in order to reflect teh Azure environment.
• Design and implement security policies in azure to enhance the security posture within the azure framework.
• Review Azure PaaS security, design policies and enhancements and documents and presentations to the application community to enhance azure PaaS security.
• Conduct teams meeting with Security as required to to review applications.

Uniper provides all necessary information & access to the systems (ADO, ServiceNow) in advance:

• Uniper KID - Uniper user account & password to connect to Uniper resources
• Uniper mail account (marked as "external") - A new Uniper email address to communicate with Uniper stakeholders
• Hosting and Cloud Technologies (HaCT) L & SNow group - User account will be added to DL and ServiceNow HaCT resolver group
• Uniper teams access - Access to all required Microsoft teams
• Uniper RDA VDI - VDI to connect to Uniper network
• Azure Portal Access - Access to azure resources
• Azure devops access - Access to azure devops project, devops wiki (technical documentation)
• Cloud services portal - Admin access to cloud services portal to manage app settings, configure self-service items etc
• Access to on-premise wiki -wiki access to all required Hosting and Cloud Technologies (HaCT) documents
• Access to ServiceNow - User account will be provided required role in Uniper ServiceNow environment
