ERP Systems - SAP Basis optimisation

Task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently:


SAP ERP Basis Optimisation activities:
- Analysis on the current Basis system monitoring for ERP Systems and creating a roadmap on how to resolve the findings and gaps.
- Identify and Implement automated basis monitoring options, with sign off from the Uniper Application Manager.
- Review and propose recommended technical system alert thresholds
- Develop reporting for Basis system monitoring
- Review Uniper Vulnerability reporting and check that issues are resolved.
AMA capabilities where applicable to optimize SAP BASIS activities in regards to system security and stability Optimising the SAP Backup / DR /HA solution
- Assess current AS-IS solution for SAP ERP Backup/DR/HA solution, identify GAPS and propose a solution based on Azure/Microsoft/SAP Best practices.
- Propose and document the improving the SAP backup solution in the disaster recovery in Azure based on requirements provided by SAP Basis Consultant which will be proposed to Uniper AM's.
- Implement an improved SAP Backup/DR/HA solution based on the above outcome, consulting the architects in the different impacted line of Business on the signoff criteria .
Further use cases:
- Technical delivery of SAP GUI roll out
- Review SAP Basis Support Structure and transparency for Deliverables: The aim of the review is to look at the current structure and gaps to improve the collaboration and processes.
- Provide documentation about any revised processes for a sign off by AM's.
