Task description

The scope of services which are performed independently are the following:

Create a communication strategy, content for positioning and prepare the infrastructure for a potential launch of the tool (this includes landing page, flyer, pitch-decks) based on Unipers first brand narrative.
Stakeholder management including appropriate and professional communication and newsletter (bi-weekly reporting of the project status) whereby Uniper Innovation we be the single interface to the wider Uniper stakeholder and thus sign off and distribute prepared material and files.
With the goal of customer-centric development, obtain and evaluate approximately 20 external customer interviews and feedbacks (this includes user acceptance test, AB testing, user experience design all with focus on B2B) conducted online via MS Teams.
Furthermore, Figma mock-ups for adjacent services needs to be developed. 

Project timeline and Way of Working: 
The results will be discussed directly with the client located in the Uniper Innovation Team. The client takes over further internal communication with wider Uniper stakeholder.
The proposals and any further exchange take place in online meetings (MS Teams) with Uniper. Uniper will give the final sign-off for the results. Intermediate results can be presented during the project period to the client: proposed assessment improvements could be included in next intermediate results. 
All above mentioned results are expected in industry-standard formats (MS PowerPoint, Word, Figma). 

Uniper will provide all necessary information, deliverables until now (Market, Analysis, Brand Guide, Visual Identity, Mood Boards, Emotions Research, Customer Feedback) and access to the relevant SharePoints.
