UIT - Marketing and Communication - PR and Communications Consultant

Task:

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:

- Consult in the communication strategy for the implementation of an updated approach and governance model - the approach is to communicate better, faster and in line with User needs enhancing working models and establishing key roles to run the governance in an harmonized way. This concerns the Communication governance model (including guidelines, standards and templates). The consultant is required to advise on the best way to implement communication changes based on the new IT strategy and results from the UX survey and identify and implement major changes. Communicated will the IT information and trainings required to the overall users in the organization

- Implement guidelines and standards to improve the communication approach - Review current templates and guidelines existing so far, identify any gaps and implement together with the team required adjustments. Based on the current material, simple Office tools will be used (ppt, work) and Ping as central communication tool in Uniper. The consultant conduct initial assessment of the existing processes and documents in place , voice of the customers and gap analysis. Uniper sign off these improvements. The consultant will be shared with the team member, worked out together and presented to the line manager and key stakeholders effected for approval

- Consult over the communication tooling in use to improve the End User experience and information accessibility. Tools are Ping and regular office tools in use. The consultant conduct initial assessment of the existing processes and documents in place, voice of the customers and gap analysis. Uniper will sign off these improvements and the consultants will present improvement solutions to Uniper

- Consult the team 'Service Governance' and the Reporting-team'to develop and enhance the Digital Training strategy and consult on the platform strategy. The consultant conduct initial assessment of the existing processes and documents in place, voice of the customers and gap analysis. Uniper will sign off these improvements and the consultants will present improvement solutions to Uniper
