Task description

The scope of service includes the following tasks, which are performed independently and will be signed off by Uniper before implementation:

  • Planning of complex projects as well as content-related consulting based on criteria by Uniper and provision of expertise within the framework of Uniper's DEI strategy on the following topics:
    o Project Management for designing and consulting of implementation of an inclusive and non-discriminatory recruitment processes
    o Review and improvement of Uniper's HR and IT platforms in terms of accessibility and inclusion based on criteria by Uniper and according to latest industry standards; document the results in PowerPoint and share with the affected functions in a presentation
    o ideation and development of measures based on results of an internal gender balance survey to improve gender balance, especially in management positions
  • Content preparation, organisational design and implementation of 3-5 online and hybrid DEI-related internal events based on criteria by Uniper, for various target groups: employees, managers, DEI ambassadors, enabling functions.
  • Preparation of related DEI communication material for internal and external use based on criteria by Uniper, with the aim of appropriately communicating Uniper's commitment to DEI (communication will be done by Uniper).
  • Advise the DEI team based on own expertise and experience in the form of various work packages (min. 6 months). Technically consult the DEI team at Uniper and advise them with the goal to implement the DEI strategy in a sustainable way.

Uniper provides all necessary information, access to the systems and requirements in advance.
