Task description

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently:

- Creating an overview of the security issues in the SAP landscapes. Uniper provides a standard framework beforehand. The communication form for the provision of the overview will be via emails, presentation, online calls, MS Teams. Creating documentation of the findings related to the SAP systems and presenting it to Uniper for a sign off.
- Creating work templates (tasks, goals, how to guide, screenshots) in different SAP developing, quality and productive SAP landscapes (IS-U, ERP, BW, HR). The work templates include the different steps to reduce security findings (Password Changes, RFC Changes, NFS Shares, Azure Configuration, Implementation of the Security Software Onapsis). Developing the templates together with another external colleague based on the Uniper framework which will be provided. Presenting the work-templates to the application managers via online meetings and emails.
- Solving known issues and security findings which includes advising Unipers provider DXC based on previously solved issues. A list of the issues and findings will be provided. The information is from the PEN test results. DXC will be advised via MS Teams meetings and mails.
- Planning of implementation of a security monitoring software Onapsis Security Suite in two SAP landscapes (D,Q,P) by creating an implementation plan and time plan. This includes SAP developing, quality and productive SAP landscapes (IS-U, ERP, BW, HR). Providing the different plans in the form of online meetings (MS teams), emails and calls to Uniper.
- Coordination of resolving the security findings regarding advising the responsible SAP application managers and security team and the 3rd party provider DXC.
- Advising 3rd parties on SAP technical activities towards seamlessly implementing change and formulating change requests based on the PEN test findings.
- Creating solutions that exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability in operational mode. There will be a quality check of the solutions. The solutions will be presented to Uniper for a sign off.
- Consulting solution and technical architects and 3rd parties regarding improvement of SAP security configuration in form of emails, meetings via MS Teams and calls. Uniper IT colleagues will implement the solutions at the end.
- Presenting the findings to the project team in the form of PowerPoint slides and meetings via MS Teams on a weekly basis.

Uniper provides all necessary information, access to the systems and requirements in advance. 

Used tools will be: Microsoft 365 Toolset (Word, Excel, Teams, Planner, PowerPoint), SAP, SharePoint, Azure DevOps.
