Project description: Present the differentiation of energy review is done by calculating the energy use via running hours, installed capacity and an estimated load factor. The accuracy of values calculated this way does not fulfil requirements sufficient to keep ISO 50001 certification, nor is any differentiation of operation status possible as only a one-year value is available. Energy usage in power stations shall be Task description: The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external consultant:

- Create a site specific concept (structure) for energy review. The energy review shall include analysis of energy use (power and heat) in the power stations in detail. It shall differentiate between operation modes (running, start, stop, standstill) to assess the energy consumption due to the observation of specific KPIs

- The consultant has to align with a technical consultant from Uniper Technologies and staff from each power plant relevant for the work on the project. The concept will be the outcome of those alignments

- Implementation and improvement of this structure and logic (virtual meters by calculating amount of energy from current, voltage over time) during the project phase; the implementation will immediately follow the aligned concept, which should contain all information necessary for the implementation. Implementation will happen in OsisoftPI and also aligned (User interface and time) with the Uniper consultant and the plant colleagues

- Develop plant-KPIs and create reports and dashboards for site and central team using embedded Software Obisoft PI Vision as primary visualization tool in PI

- Design and implement PI AssetFramework (AF) and Analysis according to specific use cases; Asset Framework is one tool/module of the OsisoftPI software, that is used for visualisations of analyses. Finetuning to be done with the Uniper Technologies consultant and the local plant staff

- Coach and mentor local site engineers in using the full functionality of PI (via hands on training)

- Coordinate different stakeholders (local plant colleagues) in local power plants and central teams

- Analyze the AF and recommend and implement changes on use case basis

- Consult PI Administration - PI to PI, interface coordination, data backfilling
