UIT - Project Management - Business Analysis
Task description:
The role description of this assignment can best be described as the Product Owner in an agile project. His tasks will include:
- Collection of business requirements for the running project. Main areas of relevance: asset master data and performance parameters
- Method of collection: interviews/discussions with the relevant business stakeholders to capture their requirements
- Document those requirements in our development tool Microsoft Azure DevOps (Microsoft standard tool)
- Discussion with the Scrum team in his role as the responsible Product Owner the content of each Sprint
- After each Sprint the Product Owner should also steer the user testing and consolidate the test results as further input into the implementation
- Communication relay between IT side of the agile project and the business users
- Approval of the implemented solution after successful tests
- After successful implementation of the relevant parts of the project in this context, a reporting solution should be defined. The consultant should lead the report definition in the same way as the solution implementation that produces the data for reporting
